Package One:

Assistance In Wedding Day Planning…
Approximately one month before your wedding Day I’ll contact you to set up a consultation (either in person or by phone) to discuss the layout of your wedding and what you're looking for in terms of photography.  Whether you’re looking for a traditional wedding shoot or a more modern candid style photo journalistic shoot, I’m happy to do it either way or both.

Up To 3 Consecutive Hours Of Coverage On Your Wedding Day…
My goal on your wedding day is to take as many amazing photos as possible for you to have and appreciate the rest of your lives.  I shoot with at least two or more cameras and I usually work with an assistant to help with equipment and other details so I can stay focused on capturing the moment for you.  We both work at being efficient to stay out of your way so you can just relax and enjoy your day.

Complete Editing and DVD Slide Show Production…
After all the photos are taken I work on editing each photo to make it as perfect as it can be.  This is actually where most of the work is for me in shooting a wedding.   It’s extremely time consuming to do it right.  All digital photos are then made available to you in two ways.  1.) Your edited and finished photos will be delivered to you on a CD or DVD as a slideshow and as original files for you to print and view at home on your computer or TV.  2.)  Your photos will also be put up on my website as a slideshow for you and your family to enjoy.  If I shoot your wedding on traditional film I will deliver 4x6 proofs for you to decide which ones you want in your photo album. Slideshows cost extra when shooting with film.

Package Total:  $2,495
Retainer: (first payment to hold your wedding date): $1,250
Final payment is due two months before the wedding:  $1,245

Package Two:
Package two includes everything in package one, plus an engagement shoot, and a total of up to 5 hours on your wedding day.
Package Total:  $3,495
Retainer: (first payment to hold your wedding date): $1,750
Final payment is due two months before the wedding:  $1,745

Package Three:
Package three includes everything in package one and two plus a 9.5” X 13” Italian made Graphi Studio Wedding Album with 40 pages and up to 8 hours of shooting coverage on your wedding day. 
Package Total:  $4,995
Retainer: (first payment to hold your wedding date): $2,500
Final payment is due two months before the wedding:  $2,495

Approximately one month before your wedding Day I’ll contact you to set up a consultation (either in person or by phone) to discuss the layout of your wedding and what you’re looking for in terms of videography.  Whether you’re looking for a basic documentary of your wedding day or a more elaborate video with special effects, I’m happy to do it either way or both.

Coverage On Your Wedding Day…
My goal on your wedding day is to capture the moment from several angles and assemble it for you to have and appreciate the rest of your lives.  You have the choice of one or more cameras.  Shooting starts at least one hour before the ceremony.

Complete Production & Editing Of Your Wedding Video…
After all the video has been shot, it is then uploaded to my editing workstation and pieced together to develop the final product.  At this point I can include any type of effects that you have in mind, like using picture in picture for guest interviews, black and white conversion, incorporating the photos that were taken, adding music, slow motion, transitions, etc.  I then design a DVD menu for you which will allow you to navigate through your video to any key point you wish such as Preparation, Ceremony, Limo Ride, Reception, Bouquet Toss, etc. Editing is actually where most of the work is in shooting a wedding.   It’s very time consuming to do it right.  Your video is then presented to you on a DVD.  If you have not yet seen a sample DVD please let me know so you get a better idea of what to expect.  Your package will be delivered to you in three to four weeks after your wedding.

Package One:

Package Three:
Package three includes up to 8 hours of coverage on your wedding day.
One Video Camera at the Ceremony and Reception - Package Total:  $1500
Two Video Cameras at the Ceremony and One at the Reception - Package Total:  $1900
Two Video Cameras at the Ceremony and Two at the Reception - Package Total:  $2500

Extras:

Engagement Session: At a location of your choice incorporated into your wedding video.  Cost:  $500 which includes all editing.

Highlights Segment:  10 minute video of just the highlights of your wedding day.  This will be added to your DVD and available on my website for your friends and family to see.  Cost:  $350.00

Master Digital File:  This is the mastered version of your wedding before it is compressed and put onto DVDs.  With the master you can make your own DVDs and keep it for the future when technology is at a point where it no longer needs to be compressed to fit onto a DVD.  This ultimately means you’ll have a higher quality video later on.  Cost:  $500.00

Original Tapes:  Straight from the cameras.  Cost:  $65.00 per tape.

Original Project Files:  To allow further editing at a later date or make your own final versions.  Cost:  $300.00 - 600.00

Picture in Picture:  Using picture in picture is a great way listen to your guests’ best wishes.  Cost:  $150.00

Photo Montage:  Tell your story with a montage of photos of yourselves growing up as kids and how you met, etc.  This is not just a video slide show but a dynamic montage set to music of your choice.  Cost: $6.00 per photo/25 photo minimum.  Photos must be delivered on a CD or DVD, otherwise add $3.00 per photo or slide for digital scanning.

Wedding Photos:  Incorporate some of your wedding photos into your video, as seen on the sample DVD.  Cost:  $6 per photo no minimum.

Extra DVDs:  Cost:  $65.00

Extra Camera:  Cost:  $150 per hour, which includes editing.

High Definition:  With standard definition TVs on their way out, you may consider having your wedding shot in high definition.  HD has roughly twice as many vertical and horizontal lines of resolution for a total of about four times the resolution of standard TV.  The detail is really amazing!  Cost: $250.00 per camera and $400.00 extra for editing package one, $600.00 for package two and $850.00 for package three.  The High Definition master will be presented to you on digital video tape.  You will also receive your video produced in standard definition on a DVD at no extra charge.
